The Loaf in a Box
The Loaf in a box has been a pop up bakery. In other words, a temporal bakery where breads and cakes were made and sold. With fixed opening and closing dates. From the 1st of July to the 30th of September.
With The Loaf in a box we wanted to create a meeting point where baking and gastronomy lovers could talk and debate around bread, our marvelous product. Leading the project and managing the daily routine was Dan Lepard. And next to him was Ibán Yarza.
We believe that exchanging ideas gives a great chance to learn, and for that reason, we created The Loaf in a box. We want to work as a driving force getting together bakers with anyone who is interested in baking, as well as with anyone who loves food and because of that the good lifestyle.
